Nocciomiele of Puro Carmignano
The Nocciomiele of Puro Carmignano is a product that has a fascinating history that has been able to evolve over time to become an increasingly appreciated food by our customers.
It all started a few years ago, when we tasted it for the first time at a fair, but we didn’t like it. The reason was simple, it tasted too much of honey and we didn’t think it could be a valid product. However, we decided to reconsider the product, and we decided to change the percentages and roasting of the hazelnuts.
The result was amazing, our Nocciomiele became perfect! (At least in our opinion…!)
There are many hazelnut creams, but Nocciomiele are different. Its simplicity is its strong point, it is made only of honey and hazelnut paste, nothing else. This makes it a much more genuine product than industrial spreadable creams, which often contain artificial and unhealthy ingredients.
The Nocciomiele is perfect for breakfast or as a snack for the little ones, but also to accompany a savory Schiacciata or to be used as an ingredient in many other preparations.
Furthermore, we hope soon to put the “dark” Nocciomiele into production, which will be composed of acacia honey, hazelnut paste and bitter cocoa.
This version will have the added boost of chocolate and will be perfect for breakfast on toast or rusks, but also to enrich ice creams and fruit salads. It will be an all-natural full of energy, which will immediately make you feel more energized and ready to face the day.
Ultimately, Nocciomiele is a healthy, natural and tasty product, which stands out from industrial spreadable creams for its simplicity and genuineness. With its versatility and its ability to adapt to different situations, after having tasted it, Nocciomiele becomes an indispensable product for breakfast and as a snack.
