Art. 1 – L’adoption d’un olivier a une durée de 1 (un) an et commence à la date de la signature du contrat et du paiement de la somme convenue. Si vous souhaitez poursuivre l’adoption, l’intéressé doit exprimer expressément la volonté de renouveler le contrat, en signant une nouvelle cotisation d’adoption. Dans tous les cas, l’adoption n’implique pas le transfert, par l’Azienda Agricola Puro Carmignano, d’un quelconque droit sur la plante adoptée.
Art. 2 – L’adoptant déclare qu’en échange de la somme convenue versée au moment de la signature du présent contrat en termes d’achat de biens futurs, il sera payé :
– La production annuelle résultant de l’adoption, qui consiste en 1 litre d’huile d’olive vierge extra (pour chaque arbre adopté) conditionné dans un bidon avec une étiquette personnalisée. (Seulement pour l’adoption Gold)
– Certificat d’adoption
– Plaque avec le nom de l’adoptant apposée sur l’arbre / les arbres adoptés (pour la période d’adoption)
– 10% de réduction sur tous les produits de l’entreprise (disponibles selon les quantités jusqu’à épuisement des stocks) et achetés directement auprès de l’entreprise (non applicable sur la boutique en ligne réalisée par cibitradazionali.com).

Art. 4 – L’adoptant sera informé par des courriels périodiques de la ferme Pure Carmignano, de toutes les activités menées sur l’olivier et son parcours naturel.
Art. 5 – L’exploitation agricole Puro Carmignano offre à l’adoptant la possibilité de visiter l’arbre adopté et d’assister aux phases de récolte et de pressage avec un préavis de 15 jours.
Art. 6 – L’adoptant peut exercer le droit de rétractation et de réexamen selon les modalités et dans les délais prévus par le décret législatif n° 206/2005, relatif au Code de la consommation. Pour tout ce qui n’a pas été expressément rapporté dans ce contrat, veuillez vous référer au Titre III – des contrats individuels – Chapitre I – de la vente ; Section 1 Dispositions générales ; Articles 1470 et suivants du Code Civil, Livre Quatrième
Art. 7 – L’envoi de la Demande d’adoption, après validation par le demandeur du drapeau de lecture et d’adoption de l’acceptation des présentes conditions, vaut lecture, approbation et signature de tous les articles de la convention par les deux parties, laquelle est contraignante pour le demandeur à compter de la date d’envoi et du paiement des frais d’adoption et le devient pour la Société à la réception du paiement.
L’envoi de la demande d’adoption, autorise également la Ferme Pure Carmignano au traitement des données personnelles, conformément à l’art. 7 du décret législatif 196/2003 “Code en matière de protection des données personnelles”, pour l’envoi de matériel d’information. A tout moment il sera possible d’accéder à vos données, d’en demander la modification, l’annulation ou l’intégration, ou de s’opposer à leur utilisation.
Art. 1 – L’adozione di un alveare ha una durata di 1 (uno) anno e decorre dalla data della stipula del contratto e del versamento della somma pattuita. Qualora si voglia continuare l’adozione, l’interessato dovrà espressamente manifestare la volontà di rinnovare il contratto, sottoscrivendo una successiva quota di adozione. In ogni caso, l’adozione non comporta la cessione, da parte dell’Azienda Agricola Puro Carmignano, di alcun diritto sull’alveare adottato.
Art. 2 – L’adottante dichiara che in cambio della somma pattuita versata all’atto della stipula del presente contratto in termini di acquisto di bene futuro (cap. I art 1472 del codice civile), gli sarà corrisposto:
– Certificato di adozione.
– Sconto del 10 % su tutti i prodotti dell’azienda (disponibili secondo quantità fino ad esaurimento scorte) e acquistati direttamente tramite l’azienda (non applicabile su shop online effettuato tramite cibitradizionali.com)
– Visita didattica gratuita sul Mondo delle Api presso l’Azienda Agricola Puro Carmignano.
– La seguente quantità di miele e nocciomiele, secondo il pacchetto di adozione sottoscritto e che verrà inviati tra settembre e marzo:
APE OPERAIA: 0,5 kg di Miele Millefiori
APE NUTRICE: 2 kg di Miele Millefiori + 110 gr di Nocciomiele
APE REGINA: 3,5 kg di Miele Millefiori + 235 gr di Nocciomiele
Qualora la tipologia di Miele Millefiori non risultasse disponibile al momento dell’adozione sarà possibile sostituirla con pari quantità di altra tipologia di Miele.
Art. 3 – Per il pagamento della quota annuale di adozione, inviare un bonifico bancario intestato a:

Art. 4 – Su richiesta, l’adottante sarà informato tramite e-mail periodiche, dall’azienda agricola Puro Carmignano, su tutte le attività compiute sull’alveare e del suo percorso naturale.
Art. 5 – L’adottante potrà esercitare il diritto di recesso e di ripensamento nei modi e nei tempi previsti dal D.Lgs. n. 206/2005, recante il codice del consumo. Per tutto ciò che non è stato espressamente riportato nel presente contratto si rimanda al Titolo III – dei singoli contratti – Capo I – della vendita; Sez. 1 Disposizioni generali; Artt. 1470 e seguenti Codice Civile Libro Quarto
Art. 6 – L’invio della Richiesta di Adozione, previa convalida da parte del richiedente del flag di Lettura e Accettazione delle presenti Condizioni di Adozione, vale come lettura, approvazione e sottoscrizione di tutti gli articoli dell’accordo da entrambe le parti, che è vincolante per il richiedente dalla data dell’invio e del pagamento della quota di adozione e lo diventa per l’Azienda al momento del ricevimento del pagamento.
L’invio della Richiesta di Adozione, autorizza inoltre l’Azienda Agricola Puro Carmignano al trattamento dei dati personali, a norma dell’art. 7 D.lgs. 196/2003 “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali”, per l’invio di materiale informativo. In ogni momento sarà possibile avere accesso ai proprio dati, chiederne la modifica, la cancellazione o l’integrazione, oppure opporsi al loro utilizzo.

QUEEN BE: 3.5 kg of wildflower honey + 235 gr of Nocciomiele
If wildflower honey is not available at the time of adoption, it will be possible to replace it with an equal quantity of another type of honey.

Art. 5 – The adopter may exercise the right of withdrawal and reconsideration in the manner and within the times provided for by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, regarding the Consumer Code. For all that has not been expressly reported in this contract, please refer to Title III – of the individual contracts – Chapter I – of the sale; Section 1 General provisions; Articles 1470 and following of the Civil Code, Book Fourth.
